T2a in the neighborhood

There is always parking a Type 2a in my neighborhood. And the owner has slammed it by packing it full with junk and not blowing up the tyres. Unfortunately he slammed it only on the left side, so it looks a bit sad at the moment.

Demon Bugs Chapter 8

The chapter 8 of 'Demon Bugs' is called expanding the family and is about Ghias, Type 3s and other aircooled models.



And there are two Fastbacks from Vienna in one pic. The yellow one belongs Marco of TBW and the other one is Martins 'Spinat' (spinach because of the colour). The pic was taken at Bitburg on DDD3.

Just foud this short trailer for a B-movie from the seventies. It is called 'DEATH RACE 2000' and as I can see there are a some aircooled powered cars in it. See Sylvester Stallone and David Carradine in action!
I also found out that a remake is in production. It will be called 'Death Race' or 'Death Race 3000'.



As you can se it is obviously trash, but I had to buy one copy immediately.

Bad News!!

It seems as if I will not get my engine back from the guy who wanted to do his warranty work. I got some news that he is no longer in business and was cheating a few of his customers, including me. Today I went to my lawer and now he has a limit of two weeks to send me back my repaired engine. After that we will do an announcement at the court.
Please keep an open eye on all people you are doing business with, to protect yourself and your hard earned money!!
I hope to have better news the next time.
